Louisa has experience advising on a wide range of financing solutions at fund level, including capital call/subscription line financings, NAV financings, GP, Manager and co-invest financings as well as hybrid and bespoke financing solutions. She regularly acts for leading banks, non-bank lenders and fund finance borrowers across all sectors and asset classes.
