Oktober 2025 Eversheds Sutherland Austria and Eversheds Sutherland Slovakia have successfully advised ContourGlobal Erneuerbare Energie Europa GmbH (Austria) on the sale of 31 photovoltaic plants in Slovakia. The M&A team at Eversheds Sutherland advised on this cross-border transaction from the legal due diligence stage through financial restructuring and contract negotiations to the closing on October 23.
