- advising on the £460m sale of student accommodation portfolio comprising 13 assets in the UK, Spain and Germany
- acquisition and finance of a portfolio of 23 shopping centres in Germany for €680m
- acting as sole UK legal advisor on a client’s first UK real estate venture, with the acquisition of 97 property assets across the UK through a managed fund
- arranging the lease agreements of multiple offices in Sweden, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Poland and France
- representing developers involved with both the Class A multifamily and ground-level retail components of the $300 million-plus mixed-use development surrounding the Atlanta Braves Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia
- representing a leading REIT and its affiliates, as borrower, to close a $715 million mortgage loan refinancing involving 368 single-tenant, net-leased properties across 41 states as well as Washington DC
