Helen is a Partner in our Litigation and Dispute Management practice group and a member of our Global Product Liability Team.
She advises clients on High Court and cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings in the UK and internationally. Helen also serves as the global co-head of our Aerospace Sector.
Helen has extensive experience handling high-value corporate and commercial cross-border and multi-party disputes, as well as providing risk management advice to UK and international clients. She regularly advises major global businesses on responses to product incidents, including product recall matters.
Her expertise includes managing complex contractual disputes, crisis and reputational issues, warranty and corporate disputes, and supply chain challenges. Helen has represented clients across a broad range of sectors, including consumer, professional services, technology, and energy. A key focus of her work is supporting clients in the manufacturing, aerospace and defence, and automotive sectors.
Having completed numerous client secondments, Helen is committed to understanding not only the legal position and complex factual issues but also the key commercial drivers that influence any dispute. She advises on strategies to minimise risk and avoid litigation wherever possible. Helen is highly experienced in achieving successful outcomes through mediation, having led numerous high-value mediations to resolution. Where proceedings are unavoidable, she has acted in significant litigation and arbitration hearings, including successfully appealing to the Court of Appeal.
