Cristina advises on all kinds of cross-border transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, leveraged/management buyouts, recaps, secondaries, investment rounds, and re-financings.
Cristina focuses primarily on cross-border M&A with PE or VC features, having advised on tens of transactions in a variety of jurisdictions across Europe, the US, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Her experience cuts across sectors, including technology, telecom, life sciences, financial services, infrastructure, and retail/consumer goods. She also advises companies on key strategic corporate/commercial arrangements.
Cristina started her career at a Magic Circle firm and subsequently practiced in the Bucharest and London offices of large British and US law firms.
