Our client Elcoline Group acquires SSG Sahala and strengthens its position as one of the Nordics’ leading providers of technical industrial services.
The transaction is subject to the approval of the competition authority. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2024.
Elcoline is a Nordic growth company specialising in technical industrial services for a clientele of international industrial companies.
SSG Sahala is an industrial maintenance company.
