We represented CapMan Special Situations Fund as it acquired a majority holding in Aro Systems Oy. The assignment further included certain financing and other arrangements between the parties.

Our specialists responsible for the assignment were Partners Johan Wesander, Jari Salminen, Tuomas Penttilä, Merja Blankenstein and Olli Iirola, Specialist Counsel Kalle Klemetti, Senior Associates Miika Huhtinen and Linda Miettinen as well as Associates Petra Snäll and Else Leppänen.

Aro Systems Oy is one of the leading electrical and HVAC project service contractors and technical building service and maintenance providers in Finland. The company employs close to 350 professionals in the field of building technology in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area as well as in the Tampere and Oulu regions.

CapMan Special Situations is a part of the CapMan Group. It invests in companies undergoing financial transitions and their development. The focus of its operations is on flexible financing arrangements and restructuring as well as operational transformation processes.
