As a results driven adviser, Dickson delivers practical, innovative and commercial solutions for his clients in complex corporate mergers and acquisitions and equity capital market transactions. He has been consistently recognised for a number of years as a “recommended lawyer” in Hong Kong by Legal 500 Asia Pacific and is a “ranked lawyer” by Chambers Greater China. He is listed in the A-List: “Growth Driver” by China Business Law Journal and was a finalist of the “Young Lawyer of the Year (Law Firm)” at the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2023. A seasoned corporate and transactional lawyer, Dickson specializes in corporate and capital markets transactions, including multi-jurisdictional private and public mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, IPOs, secondary offerings, privatisations and corporate reorganizations. In addition to his extensive transactional practice, Dickson also advises clients on a wide array of general corporate matters, including corporate governance, as well as regulatory and compliance matters for Hong Kong listed companies.
