Partner Henrik Sandholm is the Head of Transaction Services team and a seasoned advisor specializing in both international and domestic corporate transactions, as well as transactions in the renewable energy and real estate sectors.
He has represented a wide range of clients, including international private equity investors, as well as significant industrial buyers and sellers. His work involves organizing corporate structures for business transactions, structuring financial arrangements involving equity and debt, and handling legal matters related to company and contract law.
