Clay is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and advises real estate sponsors and institutional investors on matters related to development and investments in commercial real estate projects.
These include construction, financing, equity formation, sales, and programmatic joint ventures and platforms.
With more than 20 years of extensive experience, Clay has developed a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate landscape to guide clients in the various acquisition, development, disposition, and debt and equity transactions ranging from $200 million to $2 billion.
He also devotes significant time to counseling large developers in complex, urban developments involving the multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality and senior-living sectors throughout the United States.
