Eversheds Sutherland advises Enel Green Power on acquisition of German onshore wind farm portfolio

Eversheds Sutherland has successfully advised Enel Green Power S.p.A. on the acquisition by Enel Green Power Germany GmbH of a German onshore wind farm portfolio with a total installed capacity of 51 MW. The portfolio comprises the approx. 45 MW Krackow wind farm in Mecklenburg Western Pomerania (15 WTGs) and the approx. 5 MW Seubersdorf wind farm in Bavaria (2 WTGs).
