Eversheds Sutherland has successfully advised Enel Green Power S.p.A. on the acquisition by Enel Green Power Germany GmbH of a German onshore wind farm portfolio with a total installed capacity of 51 MW. The portfolio comprises the approx. 45 MW Krackow wind farm in Mecklenburg Western Pomerania (15 WTGs) and the approx. 5 MW Seubersdorf wind farm in Bavaria (2 WTGs).
