Empower training program for lawyers and partners
Empower is our international development program for associates, senior associates and principal associates. Launched in 2018, Empower aims to help our junior lawyers thrive through top-quality technical, legal and business and commercial skills training. The Empower program incorporates practice, product and sector group learning with professional development skills, combining a mix of live virtual sessions and e-learning. All sessions equip our associates with the skills and further knowledge to help support their career development with the firm.
