Digital currencies in Sweden: A brief update in light of a fresh legal research paper

In September 2021, Eversheds Sutherland published a guide on the current state of the central bank digital currencies contemplated by, amongst others, Sweden (also generally referred to as ‘digital fiat currencies’ or ‘digital base money’).
