With Sonio, PCProfi Informatique SA has found a partner to continue its 30-year success story. The transaction enables customers to benefit from additional expertise, an expanded portfolio and the strength of a nationwide ICT service provider.

Our team advised PCProfi Informatique SA and its owner on all aspects of the transaction, including due diligence, the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation, and the successful signing and closing of the transaction.
