Jayati is a Competition, Trade and Foreign Investment senior associate helping clients navigate complex merger control, foreign investment and behavioral matters.
Jayati advises on the full range of competition law matters, including merger control; the application of foreign investment regimes; and behavioral competition work, such as investigations and competition compliance.
Jayati specializes in merger control, and has made numerous filings to the European Commission and to the UK Competition and Markets Authority, and regularly advises on and manages multijurisdictional filings. She has previously also worked in the mergers team at the Competition and Markets Authority.
