He specialises in employment law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at leading Polish and international law firms. He also completed internships at Polish and international public institutions.
Wiktor supports clients in the field of individual and collective labour law, in particular with regard to the choice of the optimal form of employment, the creation and review of intra-company sources of labour law, as well as issues related to the functioning of trade unions. He has experience in advising on cross-border aspects of employment.
- Ongoing legal advice to Polish and foreign clients on labour law and social security, including cooperation between employers and trade unions.
- Advising Polish and foreign clients on collective redundancy procedures, including employer liquidation and bankruptcy.
- Advising Polish and foreign clients on the posting of employees abroad (including outside the EU) as well as on the choice of applicable law for employment contracts.
- Advice on the conclusion and amendment of company collective agreements.
- He graduated in law and international relations from the University of Warsaw.
