She regularly advises companies across various sectors, with her current work focusing in particular on matters involving institutional financiers and private shareholders. Leena has acted as legal advisor in several green energy projects and has extensive experience advising on Finnish law aspects of cross‑border transactions and financing arrangements.
Having spent six years as Head of the Legal Department, as well as serving as company secretary and a member of the management team of a French affiliate of Wärtsilä Corporation in Mulhouse, France, Leena has a strong commercial understanding and a clear appreciation of clients’ expectations of their legal advisors.
