Eversheds Sutherland has advised DocuWare GmbH, a leading provider of document management and workflow automation solutions, on the acquisition of natif.ai GmbH.

natif.ai GmbH has established itself as a pioneer in the field of intelligent document processing by integrating innovative AI and a proprietary deep OCR into automated document processing. The acquisition of natif.ai reflects the importance of AI for DocuWare's product strategy.
