This transaction represents a significant development in the region’s sovereign capital markets and underscores Qatar’s commitment to deepening its presence in global debt markets. Our role focused on advising on the Shariah compliance elements of the programme, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and supporting the successful execution of this landmark deal.
