Since Manuel joined Eversheds Sutherland in November 2014, numerous companies have trusted on his practice-focused approach to become compliant with Austrian and European data protection requirements. With the ever-growing threat of cyber incidents, he also provides focused support and helps his clients avert additional damage during such crises.
In his litigation practice, Manuel is often solving multi-faceted problems and enforcing his clients’ claims by tailoring the strategy at court to their specific situation. He frequently handles complex cases that require a multi-pronged approach to reach the optimal outcome for our clients.
Manuel also helps clients from various industries to assert and defend their trademarks and other intellectual property rights. He often brings his experience in managing cross-border projects in this area to the table.
