Mohamed Raouf El Heni is a Partner in our Tunis office, and Head of our litigation team.
Mohamed Raouf is a lawyer before the Tunisian Cour de cassation (Tunisian supreme court) who has practiced in Tunisia for over 30 years and has obtained a diploma in Business Law from the University Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris, France). Prior to founding Eversheds Sutherland El Heni, Raouf worked as a lawyer at the US law firm Pope in Paris for eight years.
Mohamed Raouf, who has a longstanding experience of Tunisian law, advises on contentious and non-contentious issues in business law, banking & finance, corporate commercial law and tax law.
Mohamed Raouf also regularly advises the largest international financial groups established in Tunisia on banking, insurance and real estate issues. Mohamed Raouf has been teaching business and financial law at the Université Libre de Tunis for several years.
He speaks French, English and Arabic fluently.
