Sonia Franquet is a Paralegal in our Geneva office, providing support and assistance to our attorneys and their corporate and private clients.

Sonia Franquet joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2021, to strengthen the firm's corporate department and the team in charge of clients from Russia and CIS.

After six years at the Department of Economic Affairs of the French Embassy in Moscow - where she practiced as an export advisor - Sonia worked for nearly ten years in the legal and tax department of a large law firm in Switzerland, handling corporate tasks on behalf of Swiss and foreign companies.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Russian from Paris IV - Sorbonne University and a postgraduate Degree (DESS) in International Relations, major Russia-CIS, from the University of Languages and Civilizations (INALCO), Paris.
