Based in London, Keith is the Global Co-CEO and International Chief Executive of Eversheds Sutherland.
Keith is also a member of the Eversheds Sutherland Global Executive and Global Board.
He took on his current role in May 2025. Prior to this, Keith was the firm’s International Managing Partner for eight years.
In terms of his own practice, Keith specializes in M&A, stock exchange and public takeover work, and has over 30 years of experience in international M&A, acting for a variety of private and listed companies, primarily in Europe and the US.
This experience has been put to good use in the international development of the firm in the last 15 years, with Keith taking a leading role in a number of our key strategic expansion projects during this time.
Keith is the senior relationship partner for a number of our major clients.
