Trevor Pope advises private equity sponsors, investment managers, operating companies, and venture capital and private equity investors on a broad range of transactional matters.
His practice focuses on private fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. Trevor regularly counsels clients on fund structuring, private offerings, governance matters, and strategic cross-border acquisitions and dispositions.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Trevor served as Student Body President of the University of Florida and was a member of the University's Board of Trustees. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida, where he was an editor of the Florida Law Review and was recognized with the Order of the Coif.
