Angelena advises public and private entities in a wide variety of transactional and commercial matters, including complex commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters. Angelena’s experience includes establishing the first operational Georgia Merchant Acquirer Limited Purpose Bank, a novel entity for financial technology (fintech) firms.
- Represented OTR Solutions in its acquisition of Epay Manager, a carrier payments platform which allows freight brokers to reduce costs and increase efficiencies of their back-office operations, while providing a new level of transparency to their carrier, factor, and shipper partners.
- Advised Field Holdings AS, a Norwegian company, on its acquisition of PrecisionHawk, Inc., a commercial drone and data company.
- Represented Ideagen Software, Inc., a portfolio company of Hg Capital, in the purchase of all equity securities in Tritan Software Corporation, Opes Navium Limited, and Naves Mundi Ltd.
- Represented ITC Infotech in its strategic partnership with PTC, Inc. pursuant to which ITC Infotech purchased the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business from PTC and acquired a portion of PTC’s PLM implementation services business, DxP services.
