Eversheds Sutherland Sweden has advised Terranet AB (Nasdaq TERRNT B) on the successful completion of an oversubscribed directed share issue of approximately SEK 26.75 million and its decision to launch a fully guaranteed rights issue of approximately SEK 18.5 million.
The directed share issue was carried out through an accelerated bookbuilding process led by Mangold Fondkommission AB and attracted strong interest from qualified investors. The proceeds will support Terranet’s transition from product development to commercialization of its proprietary collision warning system, BlincVision – a technology designed to detect and react to moving objects significantly faster than conventional systems.
Terranet, headquartered in Lund with operations in Gothenburg and Stuttgart, develops advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving technologies aimed at improving traffic safety. The company is listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.
The rights issue is fully guaranteed and, together with the directed share issue, is expected to secure liquidity well into 2027, strengthening Terranet’s position as it enters a commercial phase and pursues strategic partnerships within the automotive and industrial sectors.
Eversheds Sutherland's team consisted of Mark Falkner, Andreas Vestberg and Kristin Håkansson.
