Jocelynn Liu

Jocelynn Liu leads Konexo’s team in Malaysia on the delivery of banking and commercial contracts projects and other managed services to several global organisations in relation to the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of financing documents and vendor contracts. She is the main point of contact for clients and ensures we provide service excellence. 

Prior to joining the business in 2020, she was a consultant at another alternative legal service provider supporting policy work and in-house corporate, commercial and banking work. Before this, Jocelynn trained and practiced as a banking associate at a London Magic Circle firm and as a banking lawyer in one of the oldest law firms Malaysia. She has been involved in wide range of corporate and financing transactions, and has served as a policy-maker at the central bank of Malaysia. Jocelynn is a dual qualified solicitor in England and Wales and Malaysia but is no longer practicing.
