Eversheds Sutherland Sweden has advised the sellers of 3VA-Säkrare AB in connection with the divestment to Nalka portfolio company Uniwater.
3VA is a specialist within pressure testing and quality assurance of water and wastewater infrastructure. The company, based in Huddinge, Stockholm, was founded in 1990.
 
Eversheds Sutherland’s team consisted of Jens André and Ludwig Eriksson.
