Eversheds Sutherland has advised Kambi Group plc, listed on First North Growth Market at Nasdaq Stockholm, on the acquisition of global esports specialists Abios.  

The agreement consists of an initial consideration of SEK150m, paid in cash, with up to SEK120m to be paid in earnouts related to product development and the future revenue performance of Abios.  

Eversheds Sutherland's team mainly consisted of Jens André, Rebecca Farkhooy, Richard Jacobsson and Victor Sundh.
