Eversheds Sutherland Announces New US Executive Committee Member and Practice Group Leader UpdatesJanuary 05, 2026 January 5, 2026 | Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to announce several leadership updates, including the election of a new member to its US Executive Committee and new appointments to its Litigation and Capital Markets practice group leadership.
Ms. Krus succeeds Partner Steve Boehm who led the firm’s US Capital Markets and Investments practice for 25 years. Mr. Boehm will continue actively practicing at Eversheds Sutherland and remains dedicated to serving his clients. Under Mr. Boehm’s leadership, this pioneering practice was transformed into a market leader for Business Development Companies (BDC) and similar alternative investment vehicles. The practice’s signature annual event, the BDC Roundtable, has grown over the last 23 years to become the BDC industry’s premier event, attracting 90% of the industry. “I am thrilled that Kym, Olga, and Cynthia are assuming these important leadership roles,” said Lino Mendiola, Global Co-CEO and US Chief Executive. “Kym’s contributions on our US Executive Committee, Olga’s guidance of our Litigation Practice, and Cynthia’s leadership of our Capital Markets and Investments Group will strengthen key areas of our business and position us to continue delivering the highest level of service to our clients. These updates follow other key leadership developments across the firm, including the appointment of Lino Mendiola and Keith Froud as Co-Chief Executives in April 2025.
