He has extensive experience advising on the full spectrum of technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) and corporate/commercial transactions in the TMT sector and associated regulatory matters across a range of industries, including digital infrastructure (e.g. data center, tower, fiber, satellite), telecommunications network infrastructure and rollouts, systems implementations and outsourcings, managed services, cloud, data privacy, cyber security, digital business, fintech, commercial IP and general corporate and commercial matters, including joint ventures, alliance arrangements and support on a range of M&A/corporate transactions, including restructurings and financings.
Albert has developed key relationships with senior legal and commercial representatives with various corporate organisations not only in Hong Kong but across APAC and beyond and from a range of key sectors ranging from financial services, technology, telecommunications, energy, corporate conglomerates and private credit) in Hong Kong, Asia, Middle East and Europe.
