- Saving College Sports: Aims to preserve and expand collegiate athletic scholarships and competition—especially in women’s and non-revenue sports—by restricting pay-for-play schemes, clarifying student-athlete employment status, and directing federal agencies to protect the integrity and sustainability of college athletics. - Accelerating Federal Permitting of Data Center Infrastructure: Directs federal agencies to streamline permitting processes and utilize federal lands to accelerate the construction of large-scale AI data centers and related infrastructure, while offering financial incentives and removing prior environmental and DEI-related regulatory hurdles. - Establishment of the Religious Liberty Commission: Establishes the Religious Liberty Commission, the stated goal of which is to protect and promote religious freedom by identifying and addressing threats to religious liberty and ensuring robust enforcement of existing protections. (5/1/25)
- Enforcing Commonsense Rules of the Road for America's Truck Drivers: Mandates the enforcement of English language proficiency requirements for commercial motor vehicle drivers to ensure safety and efficiency on America's roadways. (4/28/25)
- Reforming Accreditation to Strengthen Higher Education: Aims to overhaul the accreditation system for higher education institutions by promoting competition among accreditors, reducing bureaucratic oversight, and focusing on improving student outcomes and reducing costs. Specifically, it addresses the failures of current accreditors in ensuring quality education, highlights the need for new accreditors to enter the market, and seeks to eliminate discriminatory practices embedded in accreditation standards and refocus efforts on enhancing graduation rates and labor market performance. - White House Initiative to Promote Excellence and Innovation at Historically Black Colleges and Universities: Establishes a White House initiative to enhance the capacity of Historically Black Colleges and Universities by fostering partnerships with private-sector employers, educational associations, and philanthropic organizations, with the goal to improve institutional planning, fiscal stability, and infrastructure, while providing professional development opportunities for students. - Restoring Equality of Opportunity and Meritocracy: Eliminates the use of disparate-impact liability in federal policies, emphasizing that all individuals should be treated equally under the law and that opportunities should be based on merit rather than race or sex. (4/23/25)
- Addressing Risks From Susman Godfrey: Terminates federal contracts and security clearances with Susman Godfrey LLP, pending a review of whether such clearances are consistent with the national interest, citing the firm's engagement in activities detrimental to American interests, including “efforts to weaponize the American legal system and degrade the quality of American elections” as well as engaging in “unlawful discrimination.” (4/9/25)
- Addressing Risks From WilmerHale: Directs the suspension of security clearances and access to government facilities for Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP pending a review by relevant agencies based on allegations by the White House that the firm has and is, among other things, engaging in partisan representations, supporting discriminatory practices, obstructing efforts to prevent illegal activities, and degrading the quality of American elections. - Restoring Truth and Sanity to American History: Seeks to remove what has been characterized by the Administration as divisive, race-centered ideology from Smithsonian museums, educational and research centers, and the National Zoo, in order to restore, according to the Administration, objective facts and promote unity. - Addressing Risks from Jenner & Block: Directs the suspension of security clearances and government contracts for Jenner & Block LLP pending a review by relevant agencies, due to, among other things, alleged engagement in “partisan lawfare” and abuse of its pro bono practice, which the Administration, in this Executive Order, has deemed detrimental to national security and public safety. - Addressing Remedial Action by Paul Weiss: Revokes Executive Order 14237 of March 14, 2025 (Addressing Risks from Paul Weiss) as Paul Weiss has agreed to a number of policy changes, including adopting political neutrality with respect to client selection and attorney hiring; taking on a wide range of pro bono matters representing the full political spectrum; committing to merit-based hiring, promotion, and retention, instead of “diversity, equity, and inclusion” policies; dedicating the equivalent of $40 million in pro bono legal services during this presidential term to support causes including assisting US veterans, fairness in the justice system, and combating antisemitism; and other similar initiatives. - Removing Discrimination and Discriminatory Equity Ideology From the Foreign Service: Directs the removal of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility criteria from the Foreign Service Manual provisions relating to tenure and promotion decisions and directs that hiring, promotion and retention decisions not be based on race, color, religion, sex or national origin. - Addressing Risks from Paul Weiss: Targets the law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP by suspending security clearances for its attorneys and directing federal agencies to terminate contracts with the firm due to alleged unethical practices and discrimination. (3/14/25)
- Additional Recissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions: Revokes an additional 18 executive actions from the Biden administration not covered in Executive Order 14148 of January 20, 2025 (Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions), to restore common sense to the federal government and unleash the potential of American citizens. - Restoring Public Service Loan Forgiveness: Revises the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program to exclude organizations engaged in activities deemed illegal, such as aiding illegal immigration, supporting terrorism, and child abuse, which includes “including the chemical and surgical castration or mutilation of children or the trafficking of children to so-called transgender sanctuary States for purposes of emancipation from their lawful parents,” from eligibility for loan forgiveness. - Addressing Risks from Perkins Coie LLP: Directs the suspension of security clearances and termination of federal contracts with Perkins Coie LLP, citing national security concerns and discriminatory practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Racial Discrimination: The EEOC shall review the practices of industry-leading law firms for consistency with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for discrimination. The Attorney General, Chair of the EEOC (in consultation with State Attorneys General) shall investigate the practices of large law firms who do business with Federal entities for compliance with race-based and sex-based non-discrimination laws and take any additional actions the Attorney General deems appropriate. - Eradicating Anti-Christian Bias: Protects religious freedoms and establishes a task force within the Department of Justice to eradicate anti-Christian bias by addressing government actions perceived as discriminatory against Christians. (2/6/25)
- Keeping Men Out of Women's Sports: Rescinds all funds from educational programs that deprive women and girls of fair athletic opportunities, which results in the endangerment, humiliation, and silencing of women and girls and deprives them of privacy. The order also opposes male competitive participation in women’s sports more broadly, as a matter of safety, fairness, dignity, and truth. (2/5/25)
- Immediate Assessment of Aviation Safety: Mandates an immediate review of aviation safety protocols and hiring practices within the FAA, following a fatal collision between a commercial aircraft and a military helicopter, to ensure merit-based recruitment and uncompromised safety standards. - Additional Measures to Combat Anti-Semitism: Introduces additional measures to combat anti-Semitism, focusing on prosecuting and removing individuals who engage in anti-Semitic harassment and violence, particularly in educational institutions. (1/29/25)
- Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling: Enforces existing law to ensure that recipients of federal funds providing K-12 education end radical indoctrination and comply with all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination in various contexts and protecting parental rights, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment.
