Claire is a Principal Associate in our Litigation and Arbitration team.
She is experienced in advising clients on high-value and complex commercial disputes across both Court and Arbitration proceedings, many of which involve a cross-border element. Although she has advised on a wide-range of claims, Claire has a particular focus on assisting clients operating in the Energy and Industrials sectors.
As a member of Eversheds Sutherland's International Arbitration Group, Claire has assisted clients with international commercial arbitrations under LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, LMAA and GAFTA Rules.
Claire also regularly advises clients in litigation proceedings before the English Courts, both in relation to standalone English litigation, as well as in Court proceedings arising out of and in support of arbitrations, including challenging and enforcing arbitration awards and anti-suit proceedings.
