Luke works with tax-qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, health and welfare plans and other areas of employee benefits law. He also counsels clients on the compensation and employment-related issues associated with mergers, acquisitions and business transactions.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Luke was an associate at an AM Law 200 law firm in Chicago where he counseled clients on employee benefits and executive compensation issues.
