Sabrina is an Associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s Banking & Finance group in Stockholm with a focus on Equity Capital Markets.
Sabrina has experience of and regularly assists national and international clients on both domestic and cross-border capital market transactions such as IPOs, reverse takeovers, rights issues, private placements and public M&A. Sabrina’s practice focus also lies within general corporate governance and she advises clients on matters relating to compliance with capital markets regulations, including information requirements for listed companies, and other corporate law matters.
