Jason Tam

Jason has over a decade of dispute resolution and contentious insolvency experience across multiple industries. He regularly acts for clients in high value claims arising from contractual performance, product mis-selling, fraud investigations and shareholder disputes. In addition, he has extensive experience in advising clients on cross border insolvency, restructuring and asset recovery, with a particular focus on matters relating to Hong Kong and mainland China. He also acts in corporate and regulatory investigations, including those conducted by the Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. 

Jason is fully trilingual (English, Mandarin and Cantonese). He is regularly recommended by Legal 500 and consistently receives positive feedback from clients for his sound legal knowledge and case management approach. He has passed the 2022 Greater Bay Area Legal Professional Examination.
