Innolink Group Oy to join Go On Group

We acted as legal advisor to Go On Group in a share transaction where Innolink Group Oy joins Go On Group. Together they will form the largest provider of research services in Finland. In terms of personnel services, Go On will become one of the leading operators.

Go On Group is one of the leading staffing agencies and personnel service providers in Finland.

Innolink Group Oy consists of the companies Innolink Staff and Innolink Research. Innolink Staff is a Finnish staffing agency and personnel service provider. Innolink Research enables knowledge-driven management by providing researched information to support decision-making.

Partner Antti Husa was responsible for the assignment. The team also included Partner Harri Tolppanen, Specialist Counsel Tiina Koivisto, Senior Associates Petra Snäll, Lavinia Husa and Alexiina Ahonkivi, and Senior Legal Trainee Titta Peltonen. Partner Olli Hyvönen and Associate Sanni Tirkkonen took care of the notification procedure with the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
