Anna is a Senior Associate in our Commercial group. She advises on privacy, data protection, information law and cyber security.
Anna has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating data sharing, transfer and processing agreements (including advising on international data transfers). She regularly advises clients in various sectors (e.g. technology, consumer, finance, utilities, education) on data protection compliance and data use.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland in July 2021, Anna worked as a Commercial Solicitor advising clients on a wide range of technology, software and other commercial B2B and B2C contracts, data protection and intellectual property law. She also held information law related roles in central government and the NHS, and gained in-house commercial contract experience working for a global listed gaming and betting company. She has also worked for a media motoring agency and software companies.
Anna is a member of the Society for Computers and Law.

Her recent experience includes:
- providing UK advice and co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional CCTV compliance projects for a leading global technology corporation and for a global manufacturer in the automotive sector
- advising clients in technology and consumer sectors on e-privacy laws in the context of marketing
- advising clients on the handling of complex requests to exercise data subject, freedom of information and environmental information rights
- providing strategic advice to a global IT corporation on the application of the network, information and systems UK and EU legislation
