Maximilian-Philipp Schöps is an Senior Associate in the Anti-trust Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Dusseldorf.
He advises clients in all areas of anti-trust law. He specialises in particular in German and European merger control, general anti-trust proceedings and German investment control. Moreover, he focuses on compliance advice.
Maximilian-Philipp studied law at Westfälische Wilhelms University of Münster and completed an LL.M. degree at King's College in London.
He did his legal traineeship in the district of Dusseldorf Higher Regional Court. During his legal traineeship, he worked for a renowned law firm in Dusseldorf in the areas of anti-trust and corporate law and transaction advice. Since March 2022, Maximilian-Philipp has been admitted to the bar.
