Eversheds Sutherland advises Thames Water on five-year power purchase agreement

The agreement covers an expected annual volume of 132 GWh of renewable electricity from the 50 MW Camster project, which is owned and operated by the RWE group. 

The power and associated environmental attributes will support Thames Water in meeting its sustainability and corporate social responsibility goals.

The Eversheds Sutherland team advising Thames Water was co-led by Legal Director James Shawe and Partner Kiran Arora, assisted by Senior Associate, Rory Budworth.
