Anthony Cross is a Partner at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich as a member of our international Corporate/M&A group.
He advises our clients on complex M&A deals, restructurings, joint ventures, minority investments and other corporate transactions. Anthony is dual qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and as a Rechtsanwalt (lawyer) in Germany and advises in both languages.
As well as substantial experience with Eversheds Sutherland’s corporate team in the UK, before joining our German team Anthony worked as a senior in-house M&A lawyer at a UK-listed global financial markets infrastructure group.
