Deborah is a partner of the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency department in our Milan office.
She has been dealing with litigation and dispute management for over twenty-five years.
Deborah advises national and international clients on the prevention and management of disputes regarding their core business and provides them with assistance before ordinary courts and Court of Cassation, as well as in arbitration, mediation proceedings and other processes of alternative dispute resolution.
She has gained significant experience in commercial, corporate, construction and engineering, banking, energy, financial, insurance, real estate and unfair competition litigation. She also regularly deals with disputes related to insolvency proceedings.
She is also appointed as an arbitrator or member of arbitral tribunals for the resolution of corporate and commercial disputes.
