Beginning her career at the Financial Ombudsman Service and later spending a decade at KPMG advising on regulatory compliance and conduct, Emma has established a notable reputation for her in-depth knowledge and experience in various sectors including retail banking, consumer credit, wealth management and insurance.
Emma has a proven track record for leading teams on mid and large-scale projects, as well as those under a Section 166 Skilled Persons Review. She’s also adept at developing innovative, highly-effective solutions to meet incoming regulatory challenges, as well as designing and delivering complex remediations.
