Alex Schütz advises international and domestic clients in Sports law and on complex international and domestic M&A, private equity and corporate transactions in various industries, corporate reorganizations as well as general corporate and contract matters.

Alex heads the Start-up desk in Switzerland – in this function, he supports founders, start-ups and investors, inter alia, in venture capital transactions, employee participation plans and exits. Through his experience as a board member, he is also a sought-after sparring partner for entrepreneurs and corporations.

Alex Schütz holds a CGN-HSG (Certified Global Negotiator) in negotiation management. His many years of experience in this field enable him to support companies and entrepreneurs in complex negotiations, succession planning and finding targeted solutions.
