Clemens is a partner for Corporate and M&A, as well as Real Estate.
With many years of experience in corporate, M&A as well as real estate, Clemens advises national and international companies on complex real estate and corporate transactions. He focuses in particular on cross-border acquisitions and the successful market establishment of international companies in Austria. In addition, he regularly advises on complex cross-border restructurings.
His clients include leading industrial and commercial companies, trading companies, and companies in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
Clemens joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2020, was admitted to the bar in 2022, and was appointed partner in January 2026.
Clemens recent client experience includes:
- advising an international energy group on the acquisition of all shares in an Austrian photovoltaic company, including transaction structuring and post closing integration steps
- advising an international e mobility group advising an international pharmaceutical group on a multinational restructuring process
- on the acquisition of all shares in a leading Upper Austrian electrical engineering company, including transaction structuring, post closing integration steps and sector specific regulatory matters
