Isabel is a Partner in our Real Estate practice group in Dusseldorf.
Isabel advises national and international clients in all areas of real estate law, with a special focus on public construction, planning and environmental law advice for location and development of large-scale projects, in particular in the area of data centres, logistics and renewable energy projects. Isabel advises throughout the acquisition, pre-development as well as construction and operative phase.
She is very familiar with the public law requirements for major projects and supports her clients (investors, project developers and property owners as well as local authorities) through planning and permitting procedures. Isabel is very experienced in liaising with the authorities and speaks their language.

- Project developer and investor in connection with the creation of planning law for a large logistics park in southern Germany, representation in legal proceedings under the German Environmental Appeals Act (Umweltrechtsbehelfsgesetz)
