She is specialised in advising clients from the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry (medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, food, chemicals) regarding contractual and regulatory matters. This includes topics related to clinical and other trials as well as questions related to healthcare compliance. In particular, Christina focuses on veterinary medicinal products law as well as veterinary law. She also advises her clients on questions in connection with manufacturing and distribution of Healthcare and Life Sciences products.
Furthermore, Christina’s scope of activity includes intellectual property law and related commercial aspects. Christina’s area of advice covers the protection and enforcement of her clients' rights in the field of intellectual property law, in particular in the areas of patents, trademarks, unfair competition, trade secrets, designs and copyrights, as well as drafting and negotiation of intellectual property agreements. She has specific experience with advising on and negotiating of IP rights resulting from research collaborations. Additionally, she gained extensive experience in advising clients on granting rights to use and exploitation of IP rights such as licensing and technology transfer.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Christina worked in the IP team of a renowned international leading law firm with a focus on the Healthcare and Life Science sector as well as other high-tech industries.
