Silke has extensive experience in M&A/ Private Equity as well as corporate reorganisations with a focus in the energy and health & life sciences sectors. She co-leads the firm’s Global Reorganisation Group.
Her clientele in the renewable energies sector includes sponsors, investors, financing banks, project developers, industrial enterprises, investment funds and pension funds, for whom she renders advice on M&A transactions as well as the establishment of strategic joint ventures and project pipelines related transactions.
In the health & life sciences sector her experience includes advising on and project managing large international cross-border transactions, reorganisations and carve-outs.
As a Notary her specialization is in M&A and real estate.
