Boosting our EHS and ESG capabilities with the hire of environmental specialist Claire GregoryClaire joins our Litigation & Dispute Management practice in the UKJanuary 08, 2024 Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to announce the hire of Claire Gregory as a partner in the firm’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team today from Mills & Reeve where she was a Partner and Head of the Environment practice. Specialising in advising clients on their environmental, safety and energy matters, Claire covers both contentious and non-contentious issues and has over 20 years’ experience in the sector. Bringing to the firm her unrivalled knowledge and academic credentials in environmental law, Claire’s practice covers environmental and energy matters across a broad range of corporate and real estate transactions. Her expertise includes providing bespoke advice on contaminated land and brownfield site development, environmental permitting, climate change and sustainability, waste regulation, water pollution, producer responsibility and statutory nuisance. She also provides legal advice and representation to companies and directors facing investigation or prosecution by the Environment Agency and other environmental regulators.
